{Ephesians 2:20-22}

A wise man will hear, and will increase in learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsel. Proverbs 1:5

When wisdom enters into your heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto your soul, Discretion shall preserve you & understanding shall keep you. Proverbs 2:10-11Happy is the man that finds wisdom, and the man that gets understanding. Proverbs 3:13

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all your getting get understanding. Proverbs 4:7

Counsel is mine and sound wisdom is mine. I am "understanding," I have strength. Proverbs 8:14

Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out. Proverbs 20:5

Of the children of Issachar... men that had the understanding of the times...1 Chronicles 12:32

The scriptures mentioned confirm the encouraging need for saints to simply understand through spiritual means, or to come into a further

understanding. Here, understanding simply means "to separate and distinguish," Further note, there is implication here of understanding

the true nature of a thing through wisdom and revelation. Ephesians 1:17-18..thus, we get the phrase, Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding...Proverbs 24:1-2

When we say "Present Truth," this is taken from 2 Peter 1:12 which confirms what the Holy Spirit is now saying to assemblies. The same

is understood with 1 John 2:7-8 concerning the old and new commandment. Both are the same, but the understanding thereof or the diference or distinction made is in revelation knowledge and illumination. Illumination of the Holy Scriptures is not addition to scripture, but new meaning, insight, quickening truth, and a now and proceeding word. Illumination is the Spirit of God shedding light upon the written word, much like a rhema or quickening word. John 5:39- 40; 2 Peter 1:19 {day star to arise in our hearts}

Now, illumination serves the interest of our discussion and we shall

begin by examining various governmental kingdom apostolic principles pertaining to the apostolic dimension.

In the apostolic dimension, you will find a list of terms and phrases that wil strike an interest in some, and a blow to the religious ego’s of others. Some of these present truths definitions, and characteristics are as follows...sit back and enjoy.

1 - Paradigm: to show side by side, example, pattern. In  present truth language, paradigms are new patterns and dimensional shiftings in the church and the earth, or something God is showing us in both the Spirit and in the natural. Whether it is the Spirit of God revealing patterns of restoration, or the last 500 years of reformation from Martin Luther to now, paradigms witness something for which God has done, is doing, or wants to manifest in his church, via the earth. "Para" carries the meaning of along side, as in the Holy Spirit being our Paraclete, Paraklesis, or Parakletos. In the principle of paradigms, there seems to be a new wave and pattern of movement in the global kingdom community, at least something of which the Holy Spirit is reforming our mind and mentality back to. {Apostolic

Configuration for Apostolic Globalization}

The real deal concerning restoration is not as if what God has done in times past has ceased to be. Rather, the reconfiguration and change of perceptions and mentalities towards what God has always

been doing. For the Lord, nor his Holy Spirit, needs any restoration.

But our hearts and minds must become new things in order to manifest the changes he is bringing in the earth, even the heavens of our mind, new mentalities, new vision, and a {Happy} New You {and me}. The real change begins in us {Malachi 3:1-4}... Yes beloved, in these paradigms you will witness change, which is probably one of the single most important words in apostolic vocabulary. In truth, the Holy Spirit is not only showing us new and developing patterns, but is taking the church into these new realms, thresholds, and dimensions of corporate glory. Hebrews 12:26-28; Daniel 2:44; 7:14, 27; Revelation 11:15; Isaiah 43:19

2 - Recognize, Raise, and Release: This too, is an apostolic principle, the truth, which is becoming a dynamic in corporate gatherings. From prophetic presbyteries, apostolic teams, spiritual fatherhood, to covenant and divine relationships, the key to establishing seasoned, proven, fruitful, and mature ministry must carry this three-fold principle. Mail order ministry, District Superintendents, General Advisory boards, Institutional Bishops, and Blood relatives passing the pulpit scene to make room for the next one {generally, the Pastor's son or son-in-law} is not considered the Antioch pattern for ministry. Romans 1:11; 1 Timothy 1:18; 4:14; 2 Timothy 1:6; 1 Corinthians 1:7; Acts 20:20, 28; 1 Peter 5:1-2; 2 Kings 2:1-15

3 - Corporate Anointing: This term has to do with the simple truth that the anointing of the corporate body is far greater than just one-man. The corporate anointing has to do with the church or assembly being one body and many members, not the so-called senior minister and his newest robe for next Sunday, nor the mass choir, nor the weekly sermonette for Christianettes who lives on Raisinettes. But the corporate anointing considers the contribution of each member of the body with valid kingdom leadership of the corporate vision of course. And this principle can be further examined from the standpoint of Psalms 133:1-3. For the key to releasing the anointing is by dwelling together in unity {HIS}, as the oil from  Aaron's beard flows down upon the body. And beloved, it's in the

body where the anointing becomes corporate in gathering, corporate in relationship, corporate in demonstration, and corporate in destiny.

The anointing of the Spirit is not one, which merely falls down upon us in Charismatic terms, but the corporate anointing is made. Just like the apothecary or compound anointing and spices are made, so is the making of the corporate anointing. For the corporate contribution to make a difference, leaders must allow the oils and spices in one another to blend and flow together in unity. Either what we are doing {compound of ointments and spices} is drawing others, or is repelling others from us It has to do with the godly given ingredients. Exodus 30:25; 37:29

4 - Fatherhood: Fatherhood is an important earmark of the

stability of a new generation of mature and seasoned saints.

Fatherhood is another dynamic in the maturation and destiny of the saints, as Paul the apostle relates to us the significant importance of this truth in 1 Corinthians 4:15. Spiritual fatherhood is not to be considered as bondage or control, but a loving grace for which spiritual sons {daughters} can grow in maturity by precept, example, and demonstration…

Ministry sons will have the loving encouragement of a compassionate yet firm father to under gird and support them in manhood, maturity, and ministry, and to help them to reach their fullest potential and destination in the appointed purposes and plans of God. Spiritual fatherhood is a dimension of the Spirit, which is not limited to male or female. It is the bedrock and foundation of passing down inheritance and generational blessing.

From examples such as Moses and Joshua, to Paul and Timothy, fatherhood is a means of lovingly providing checks and balances, as no man is an island unto himself. In this present movement, fatherhood is being experienced universally, giving vision, direction, and stability to the sons. Sermons are becoming impartations, and more fathering is coming out from the lips of many elders abroad.

Fathering in message and ministry is being coupled together, and is not restricted to just being a spiritual father alone. Fatherhood is graced to assign purpose and assignment to their seed {Ministry

sons} Amos 3:3 :

5 - The Kingdom: The message of the King and his kingdom is what brought about the ever-increasing restoration and reformation waves of today. The kingdom is not a movement, but it is stabilizing influence of God, His decreed will and purpose. {Hebrews 12:26-27}. It always has, and always will be, steadfast, unaltered, and unending. The kingdom cannot be moved, but by revelation it will move you into new spheres and frequencies of kingdom advancement. In order to understand and convey the balance truth of the apostolic dimension, one need to go back to the principles of the Kingdom of God, what it is, does, where it is, and why. For the mentality and perception of the apostolic is simply the mentality and perception of the kingdom.

Whether it is practical kingdom living to ultimate kingdom in executing God’s plan and purpose across the earth, the apostolic is to be ministered out of the emphasis of the unmovable kingdom ofGod. The advancing of the kingdom is the advancing of the

overnment of God in the earth. Isaiah 9:7; Psalms 145:11-13; Mt.

24:14; Acts 28:30-31.

6 - Reformation: Reformation is an apostolic principle.

Reformation was first believed to be a movement to reform the 16th

century Roman Catholic Church, but instead, resulted in the

establishing of the Protestant Church. Martin Luther, a pioneer of the

Lutheran church, was an apostle of reformation. In the original

meaning, a Protestant {Protestor} was one whom made protest

against the Religious mother {Rome} of that time. Today, the

paradigm and shifting of the Reformation Movement involves first, the

definition and meaning of the word "Reform." Reform is a

combination of two very important word parts, {1} Re - again, and {2}

Form - the shape. It is the outline or configuration of anything used to

give shape to something…

It is the particular mode of existence a thing has or takes; an orderly

arrangement. Genesis chapter one, Isaiah 43:1; Acts 3:21; Isaiah

14:25-26

In present truth language, apostolic reformation is aligning things into

the governmental and divine order of the kingdom of God through the

instrumentality of the global church, and the agency and operation of

the Holy Spirit. In present truth reformation, the nations are being reformed,

arrested, assessed, and acquisition into the original purpose,

plan, and intention of God for destiny. God is bringing deeper

meaning, revelation, and understanding of the kingdom of God, as

there now arises in the earth a bold new sound which says, "The earth

is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell

therein." Psalms 24:1

In prophetic and apostolic reformation, there is the declaration of the

kingdom of God as come, and his will being done in earth, as it is in

heaven. The assembly {one church, one purpose} in earth is agreeing

with the assembly in heaven, and is doing things according to the

pattern. The glory follows the pattern, for again the pattern came from

his glory in the first place. John 17:5; Exodus 25:8-9; Matthew 6:10

Reformation carries with it other exciting "R" words. For too long,

many upheld "rapture-mania doctrines, awaiting the great escape

which is realy the abortion of the dominion mandate and Jeroboam’s

Feast, a sidetrack and diversion from the real Feast of Tabernacles {1

Kings 12-13}. For many, it would appear impossible to take dominion

in the earth, and to reconstruct and to reshape society into the

governmental order of the kingdom, for fear of the devil, and all of his

cohorts. But that thinking is really "stinking thinking," as God is

restoring to his community the revelation of "The Meek Inheriting The

Earth!" For again, the earth is the Lord's, not the devil's! The earth is

the Lord's, not the sinner's! The earth is the Lord's, not Wall Street.

The earth is the Lord's not the banking systems of our day! The earth

is the Lord's, not the political scheme of things! Simply put, the earth

is the Lord's and we need to possess a consciousness of this in our

spirit, soul, and body! It will transfer and translate into pure

substance, a real walk, and a powerful apprehension of what God has

given us to do. .

Some of the other exciting "R" words is as follows...

Rapture-mania versus Resurrection {to stand, to cause to stand, to

raise up}

Rapture-mania versus Revelation {to disclose, uncover, unveil,

make manifest}

Rapture-mania versus Reformation {bringing things into a new

order and destiny}

Rapture-mania versus Rule and Reign of Christ {the administration

of the kingdom – a Christ consciousness of the meek inheriting the

earth}

Rapture-mania versus Reconciliation {we come from God, and we

shall return to him – a revelation of awakening mankind of the journey

back home to the Father}

Rapture-mania versus Restoration {reconstitution, the restorers of

the paths to dwell in – the foundation of many generations –

restoration – theme of scripture}

Rapture-mania versus Release of the Spirit {release from bondage,

captivity, corruption – manifestation of the sons of God – becoming

Christ in the earth}

7 – Synergistic Covenantal Networking and

T.E.A.M. Ministry: Synergism is the simultaneous action of

separate agencies, which, together, have greater total effect than the

sum of their individual parts. It is the combined and correlated action

of different organs. It is team ministry as confirmed in 1 Corinthians

3:6-8. Synergy is becoming the word of the hour as more church

leadership is challenged to work together with others in and outside

of their local assemblies. Also, it is in my experience to work with

numerous ministries, some, of the limelight, and others on the back

hill of the mountain. It is also my expressed joy to see bridges built

{and crossed} between the "whose who and the who are you?" Words

cannot be expressed at times for the cooperative and concerted effort

I've seen between leaders from various cultures and ethnic diversity.

And beloved, it's happening right now in places where you never

thought it could possibly happen. For in Acts 13:1-3 lies the pattern of

working together in synergy, from different backgrounds of cultural

diversity, and distinct levels of anointing and grace. A rainbow to say

the least.

Oneness is not same-ness. We are all one body yet sharing distinct

cultural experiences. As a light-red skin African American, I certainly

enjoy my rich ethnic heritage, which is also being utilized for kingdom

advancement. Here, I can reach a countless many with the apostolic

message that we are all one body, fitly joined together for a holy

purpose. Therefore, I encourage you to be open to work with others,

whether black, white, brown, yellow, olive, or red; and move beyond

networking to knitting together in respect, loyalty, and mutual love

one for another. Even Simeon whom was called Niger {not NIGGER}

became part of the prophetic presbytery which confirmed the ministry

of Barnabas and Saul. And if this truth could be demonstrated

universally, then what a change agent this would be! To God is the

glory! Psalms 133:1-3; Ephesians 4:3; Matthew 10:1-4; 1 Sam. 10:5-6

Acts 6:1-7; 15:27, 32; Romans 16:1-16; 2 Corinthians 1:1; Phil. 1:1

8 - Trans-local Ministry: Trans-local ministry is that which

cross-pollinates the body, and is actively involved in ministry

relationships other than their in-house local fellowship. Trans-local

ministry is an apostolic and prophetic principle, seeing too, that the

apostles and prophets were first given in mobile ministry in the body.

Trans-local ministry is covenantal networking, and it is working

together with other ministries for the advancing of the kingdom. It is

covenant and not coven or convenience, community, and not

communism…

Trans-local ministries may consist of apostolic teams, prophetic

presbyteries, evangelistic teams, and any needed synergy of grace to

equip the body of Christ. It goes ahead where other assemblies as a

whole can’t and launches out into the deep where given by the Spirit

through divine accountability structures. Luke 4:43; Romans 15:19;

14:23-28; Titus 1:5; Acts 11:19-27; 19:1

9 - The Prophetic Realm: Though the apostolic is the hot

topic these days across the earth, it is never to be assumed that the

prophetic is no longer needed now that the apostolic is in view. True,

previous movements tend to persecute to some degree the present

movement of the Spirit, but let's remember, the prophetic and

apostolic works closely together as checks and balances, to give the

more complete synergy, transference, and impartation needed

between the two. There is no true apostolic without the foundational

ministries of the prophet. They are married one to another...

The prophetic realms assist the apostolic in many ways. Though one

may have an apostolic assembly, their vision will be prophetic in

scope, nature, and dimension. For it takes the prophetic to draw from

the heavenly dimension, as the apostolic makes it relevant and

practical to walk in. Below please take a look at the contribution of the

prophetic realm or dimension in the local assemblies, and let's

celebrate together the apostolic and prophetic in oneness of purpose.

10 - Defining Climates and Atmospheres of

Region – the Kingdom being the focus and

Agenda…When God the Father wants to do something new and

to break forth in the earth, he raises up apostles and prophets as

trailblazers of his kingdom purpose. Apostles and prophets help lead,

steer and to navigate the saints into reforming the church to reform

{transform} the nations, in part through dethroning, dispossessing,

disengaging, disinheriting, disfranchising, and driving out contrary

spiritual forces therein. With strategic intercession, present truth

teaching and training, and the reconfiguration of the saints into their

given technologies, believers can move ahead effectively through

forceful momentum in dominion {HIS influence from Genesis 1:26,

28} through territories and localities as principalities are also tied into

the principles of men. The real deal concerning principalities is that of

those between the ears of people connected to the prevailing spiritual

climate they are in. Change the principles of men, and you will change

the entire atmosphere or principalities in that region. For light Drives

out the darkness Genesis 1:3

11 - Kingdomology - This pertains to the present truth

knowledge of the kingdom of God in the earth, and the prophetic

intensity to articulate and to demonstrate the sound of His kingdom in

the earth. The Kingdom is not a movement. It has always been, for

God is always God at all times! He knows himself within himself, he

only knows God, and the Life that springs forth out of HIM.

Kingdomology pertains and prescribes all to the King and His

Kingdom, a Kingdom that cannot be moved. With Kingdomology we

are declaring the King's Domain, the Domain of the King, and the

domain of the Kingdom of Priests or King - Priest Ministry {some

prefer Priest - King, that's cool}.

A Kingdomologist is one with a world view towards the kingdom, and

militant passion to advance the kingdom through their given sphere

of technology, assignment, and their measure of rule. It is more

important to witness many coming into the kingdom than attempting

to get them into some church or religious entity. When a person is

introduced into the kingdom, they are already a part of HIS body, and

the journey and discovery of placement, purpose, and potential

begins from there. 2 Corinthians 10:12-18; Psalms 145:10-13; Genesis

1:28

12 - Prophetic Articulation - Prophetic Articulation is

that in any present truth ministry of the Spirit, being apostolic global

reformation, or any deeply saturated in the current and past prophetic

waves, will also have a prophetic vision. Prophetic vision is not the

same as current world expertise of prophecy, or the footnotes of C. I.

Scofield. We do not interpret the word from current world events, but

the bible defines the bible, the Word of God is its own interpreter. And

if one desires to know the Truth it is not apart from the Spirit of Truth.

Prophetic Articulation is the ability and liberating influence of the

Spirit to put into words the oracles, counsel, and mind of the Lord,

His expressions and thoughts, the current moves and waves of God,

and the present glory of the Lord invading the earth through a people

of His passion. Daniel 2, 4; chapter 4. Prophetic Articulation is taking

the time to give meaning and substance through clarity and accuracy

of what the Lord is saying and doing in the earth. It is defining

through accurate knowledge and invisible spiritual patterns.

Prophetic Articulation is wisdom and revelation. A teachable spirit is

necessary for receiving Prophetic Articulation, and it is our prayer to

produce more manuals of prophetic and apostolic articulation. Daniel

5:17-31; 7: 13-14, 18, 22, 27; 10:7-21

13 - Navigation - Navigation is apostolic and prophetic

steerage into the corporate anointing and corporate destiny of the

saints. It is the raising up of true spiritual leaders, fathers, and

generals across the earth to establish HIS people in present day truth,

and to embrace migration as a kingdom principle for the journey

ahead.

Apostolic Navigators lend to the classical Greek of defining through

description of Apostles as a "Fleet of Ships setting sail across the

waters, admirals and ambassadors, as in generalship, and the colony

established." It speaks of apostolic colonization, crossing over into

new territory and being establishing the kingdom of God without

borders therein. In classical Greek, the whole process is apostleship.

Matthew 28:18-20; Luke 4:43;

That is why the spirit {mentality and negative oppositional and defiant

rhythm} of Antichrist is the chief enemy of apostles as a Jezebel spirit

is the chief enemy of prophets. Antichrist mentality resists apostles,

as it is also the contending spirit of this age. Apostles establish new

colonies, a city within a city, a people within a people, and a nation

within a nation, a new nation, a whole New World; Antichrist opposed

the apostolic dimension in Acts 16 when the leadership of the region

perceived the apostles teaching strange customs. Further on, it

reveals that the apostolic is more than just preaching and teaching,

but demonstration of the Spirit to establish HIS kingdom community

in the midst of our local communities, Kingdom culture versus

Babylonian culture.

That is one reason why a spirit or mentality of antichrist hates

apostles, for every time a pioneering people are established, it

reflects the very mind of Christ in the earth, a people moving and

migrating and ruling and reigning in His Life. Every time new territory

is seized unto kingdom advancement this reflects the very person of

Christ as if he himself were here in person doing the same. "When

Christ, whose is our LIFE shall appear, we shall appear with HIM in

glory...Colossians 3:3"...As Christ is appearing {revealing, made

manifest through Romans 8:19} in the earth, so does the saints

appear with him. As HE is so are we...1 John 4:17. Whatever is in the

life and nature of Christ the head is also in HIS body...Thus, Christ the

Head and Christ the Body...

14 - Strategy {the Science and Art of Military

command for large scale combat operations} -

When Paul the apostle spoke concerning Warfare, the Greek words

which yields today's word "Strategy" came into being. Warfare in 2

Corinthians 10:4 and 1 Timothy 1:18 is defined in the Greek as

"Strateia" from another root word meaning "Military service, apostolic

career {as one of hardship and danger}. It is an apostolic campaign,

an army, engaged in a strategy {warfare} and may appear to contend

with the limited and carnal mentalities of men. In 1 Corinthians 9:7 the

Greek word is "Strateuomai" based on another rendition of the word

"to serve in a military campaign, to execute the apostolate {regions,

territories, cities, provinces, nations} with its arduous duties and

functions, to contend with carnal inclinations, a soldier}."

Other related words in the New Testament include definitions such as

"a body of troops {G.A.D. a predestined troop coming forth,

G.A.D. God's Army of Deliverance or God's Army of Destiny}.

Continuing...a troop more or less extensive or systematic...army,

soldier, man of war...Strategos - "a General, by implication or analogy

a military, governor, chief of the Levitical temple, wardens, captain,

magistrate..."

Words like "Stratiotes," warrior," Stratologeo, "gather {or select} as in

a warrior, to enlist in an army," Stratopedarches, ruler of an army,

captain of the guard, and finally, "Stratopedon, camping-ground, a

body of troops."

The church of God is often seen as the bride, but it is also HIS son! It

is a Bride in Union with Combat Boots on. It is not merely the family

of God, but apostolically the Army of God. It is not alone a soldier but

a warrior, a passion to engage the enemy and to establish the battle

plan and tactics in seizing bold new territory for the advancing of the

kingdom. If we are not positioned for possession in our progression

and led into militancy for apostolic colonization, we move from

apostolic acquisition and seizing to having corporate seizures, or

{Get this now} Corporate Tunnel Syndrome...Corporate in

one thing, and a corpse in another...

So, what is your strategy for your region? What is your strategy and

generalship for your vicinity? What is your stratagem of engagement?

Who are the generals and tacticians for your region? Do you have

apostolically a S.W.A.T. Team in your area, which is Strategic

Weapons {Warriors} and Apostolic Tacticians? Who are the apostolic

strategists for your area? Who are the Captains of the Lord of Hosts

in your midst? Who carries the battle plan in launching and releasing

the apostolic dimension in your region?

15 - Apostolic People – Apostolic Priesthood -

Melchisedec Order...Apostolic people are the apostolic

priesthood after the order of Melchisedec, as oppose to the Levitical

priesthood in its limitations and liturgy. Melchisedec represents the

glory of the 3rd Day Church, and all things come ito a bold new

highlight by view of the Melchisedec Order. Aaron’s order is primarily

for its’ own kind, but the apostolic priesthood, the king priest ministry

after the order of Melchisedec, is powered by an endless life. It is a

kingdom of priests by HIS blood in Revelation 1:5-6 and 5:10. It is for

all people, races, faces, and places. It is global, and not confined to

one particular nationality. It is not prejudice, but universal, from mere

human race to God’s amazing grace. Al ministries are being

swallowed up into the revelation that His blood made us kings and

priests. Thus, Jesus Christ is made after the order, arrangement, and

official dignity of Melchisedec...Hebrews 5-7...

Before you inquired of the strategic positioning of any ascension

ministries, you and me were first kings and priests by His blood.

Before the apostolic revolution became known among present truth

ministries, it stemmed and began in the dimension of being made

kings and priests by His blood. All gifting, ministries, and the glory of

the saints has its foundation in being made first unto God kings and

priests by His blood. Genesis 14:18-20: Hebrews 5:10-14; 6:20; 7:1-28;

1 Peter 2:5, 9; Exodus 19:5-6; Revelation 1:5-6; 5:10

16 - From the Uttermost Parts to

Jerusalem...There is a divine resonation within you, which is

the birth of HIS desire to reform and transform regions revelation

knowledge and new dimensions of the Spirit. God’s agenda is the

nations {nationalities}, and his mode of operation in Isaiah 58:12-14 is

"The Foundation of many Generations. Two of the most instrumental

initiatives of God in the earth are that {1} apostles are chiefly involved

in passing down value and lineage through generations, and {2}

having a foundation for it.

As the apostles of God for your region, you will further discover that

in Acts 1:8 it mentions first of being a witness unto Him in a fourfold

way. But from a global apostolic reformation view, it is first...

{A} - A revelation of the uttermost parts of the earth {global grace of

God}- which invades the local regions and territories you are given to.

Here an apostle is infused, imbued, and endowed with wider

revelation for the regions, not alone just someone’s local flock.

Apostles come into regions with global apostolic strategies and

initiatives, and a whole new sphere and frequency that is not

restricted nor limited to just that one locality. It is not merely having a

local vision first unto ones self or of their own accord, but a global

vision and open heavens upon you for regions and territories all

around you. As an apostle of the open heavens you will get a

quickening rhema of the set region you are in, but remember, a whole

new realm of grace and glory is already upon you for much more than

just itinerate dates to preach or to make connection with local

ministers. Now, you come into the regions invading Jerusalem and

Judea with Uttermost Revelation. You come from the uttermost into

Jerusalem, your revelation comes from global apostolic revolution...

{B} - A revelation of Samaria: {The nation or state region, such as

Texas, USA, or Singapore}. By plugging or tuning in if you will to the

global international sound, spheres, and frequencies of the kingdom

universally, the download continue from heaven to earth, to the

specific regions and colonies the Lord has established in each

setting, time, and place. Now as you flow in revelation from the

uttermost parts first, you return from the higher dimensions of global

apostolic revelation into the sphere of Samaria, invading the region

with uttermost strategies affecting the regions of your appointed and

given Samaria {Hong Kong, S. Africa, Peru}.

Here, the Spirit of the Lord may birth a word in you for your nation

and state government, or the educational systems therein with

strategies {Greek - Strateia - to execute the apostolate, apostolic

career - warfare, as in a generalship to your region} to affect radical

and revolutional changes through radical revelation for HIS appointed

revolution. Here, you are descending into Samaria from the uttermost,

piercing, penetrating, and pioneering a new apostolic arising in your

wider or greater state or country. You are invading your nation or

state with revelation that will not come through traditional and

preserving pastoral methodologies. But from the uttermost parts of

the earth invading your Samaria, and revealing the corporate voice,

sound, purpose, and vision of God. All appointed shepherds of God in

that state or nation are a part of HIS great Congregation, and is not a

congregation unto themselves. The key is for apostles and prophets

to come out of exile and saturate the regions into HIS governance and

administration, in synergy, synthesis, and synchronization with

appointed elders of those regions, thus, regional saturation into

Kingdom advancement...

{C} - A revelation of Judea {Your region and vicinity} - This is a

revelation or revolution on a more regional level, perhaps citywide, or

in the county. This descending revelation or revolution from the

uttermost parts of the earth {global apostolic revelation and

reformation} is now invading, arresting, assessing, and acquisitioning

the local vicinity through apostolic anointing, authority, agenda,

alignment, assignment, unto kingdom advancement. You are coming

into the region from the uttermost {realm} with a strategy and battle

plan for the region. Heaven invades earth, the region then, comes into

an open heavens...

From here, the anointing is upon you for calling in through the Spirit

those who are the team players for the apostolic T.E.A.M. This cuts

through the chase and gets right to the juggler vein as the Lord has

just what is needed in the region, the regional summonings, the

calling of HIS assemblage, the Kahal Jehovah. Your calling in your

region places a demand upon principle to assemble a team. For one

of the first things you find on a business proposal is, "Who are the

team players, defining their roles, characteristics and operations?

What part do they play on your team for the region?" For you are the

SENT one {s} and the SET one {s} for your region. You don't bring

people on board to work under you, but to work along side with you...

{D} - A revelation of Jerusalem {local house, assembly, local

expression, community, city} - True, one needs to hold water at home

before globe-trotting per se, but remember, your local vision must

take on the universal and global vision of the Lord for the nations,

regions, territories, and vicinities far and near.

Local shepherd’s {sheep-herd} basic motivational driving mechanism

is meeting the needs of the people, the sheep of his or her flock.

Again, such ministry is greatly needed more then ever. On the other

hand, an apostle is motivated in his or hers driving mechanism or

divine drive as towards the steerage and navigation of the local

region {his or hers real assembly in connection and community

{come-U-N-I-tie} with other seasoned and emerging apostles and

prophets of the city. The apostle is not driven by meeting needs of

traditional membership, but is geared to raise up eldership {Acts

14:23, 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1:5-9} and in the migrating of saints coming

into the reality of their sonship as appointed of the Lord…{1

Corinthians 4:15-21}. The apostles and prophets are given for specific

geographical regions and for regional alignment to His assignment. It

is not always about being anointed as it is in being appointed.

The pastoral is meeting the needs of the people, but the apostles are

given toward the destiny of the saints, even on a regional,

geographical, and corporate level. Apostles establish local

assemblies on a proper foundation, according to 1st Corinthians 12:28,

first things first…Local assemblies in the New Testament are not established by

shepherds, but by apostles. In the New Testament, elders lead the assemblies in

relationship with apostles. The resident shepherding grace is more on a care

pastor level, where and when needed. It was never given to be the primary

anointing for all local assemblies. It is primarily involved in care, feeding, and

nurturing the sheep. What will happen in the times ahead is that many local

pastors will remain local pastors but this time, with apostolic mentality and

prophetic perception on a whole new scale. It is not suggested that all will become

apostles. No. But the vision will become apostolic in scope and dimension,

moving from traditional pastoral ponds to apostolic rivers...

Apostles, your UTTERMOST {revelation for revolution} transcends and translates

into SAMARIA - state or country, to JUDEA {your state or vicinity, county} down

into JERUSALEM, right where you are at on a local everyday day to day design.

There must be a bold new thrust and momentum, divine impetus and drive for the

heart of God in each region of the corporate saints.

There must a definite hunger HIM in all that HE is and in all that HE does, in all of

his operations and designs from the heavenly to the earthly, from the invisible to

the visible, from the intangible to the tangible. A clear word from the Lord coming

into our kairos time transcending, transferring, and translating into kingdom

culture, into tangibility, manifestation, shoe leather, and into substance.

With apostolic mentality, the whole assembly becomes apostolic in dimension,

not alone for the restoration, recognition, and release of apostles in the order of

God. The key is to transfer the apostolic from apostleship to apostolic people.

If you are one who intend on pioneering the kingdom in various localities, you

may want to consider effective strategies to affect the regions you are appointed

to. You may want to prayerfully parallel the plight of the natural with the spiritual,

and come to understand what you are really dealing with. Either way, you have a

plan, a planner, and the right plant for a tremendous plantation through the Spirit.

If the Lord says for you to go in and possess the land, then, go! If you have no

prior wealth of knowledge of that region, continue to be led of His Spirit,

connected with team ministry and have a battle plan and S.W.A.T. or Strategic

Weapons {Warriors} and Apostolic Tacticians to bring generalship to the region

on a team level, not as one lone mere man, but in the corporate man...

I sense in the present paradigm and dimensional shifting of the apostolic that

many local leaders will try and circumvent relationships and expanding revelation

through the view that they themselves must become chief apostles in order for

them not to be in loving submission to other apostles. The idea is that if one them

selves become a set apostle to their own work, they are on the same level as all

others regional apostles and should not expect other apostles coming into their

assemblies from imparting many things since they them selves ware self

appointed into apostleship. Such notion is bred from insecurity and fear, the basis

for jealousy, and is akin to envying and strife. Apostles do not come into regions

to take over assemblies, but compliment them. In fact, apostles do not have

universal authority, but are people of humility. Their authority is limited, as you

must also be received and embraced as an apostle in your traveling grace.

According to scripture, we do not exalt our own gate. Apostleship is not about

superiority, or being top dog. Apostles have more love for the body of Christ then

their own ministry. Apostles will always be ministers of spiritual authority, but

they are not authority driven, rather, relationship based, through agape,

servanthood, and humility.
