Re-Birthing and Re-Building of the Nations through the Apostolic and Prophetic Dimension

The apostolic dimension is reforming {transforming} the global saints to reform {transform} the nations into the governance and administration of HIS kingdom. One way this is accomplished is by challenging others at large to change their perception and way of thinking from church to kingdom, to make the transition into migration of the present truth that the kingdom produces the church, as the
church is the instrumentation, vehicle, venue, and expresion of the kingdom. from local assemblies, kingdom technologies, into marketplace ministry, the possess the kingdom...Daniel 7:14, 18, 22, 27...Psalms 145:10-13; Revelation 11:15, 12:10
To do this, we must re-relate and chiefly recognize the proton ministries of 1 Corinthians 12:28, and in the according order and divine pattern of the Lord return to and flow out of HIS design, for divine order equals divine presence. Whether it be the unity of husband and wife in the home, ordaining elders in every church and city, or of the prophetic word picture of the woman in Revelation 12 clothed with the sun {SON}, the moon {lesser light, reflection} under her feet, and the
crown of 12 stars {Government of God in her thoughts, divine order - mind of Christ} it spells out HIS order and manifests HIS presence.
In apostolic {prophetic} rebirth and rebuilding, keep in mind the two terms, "rebirth, and rebuild." Actually, the term "rebirth, or birthing in the Spirit," is closely akin to the prophetic dimension, whereas to rebuild, carries a more seemingly apostolic tenor. Nevertheless, both are one in the purposes of God, and work together synergistically to bring about the completion of His purpose. Bear in mind we are not limiting these ministries to one-word definitions. Ecclesiastes
4:9
A good example of the apostolic and prophetic working together is found in Ezra the 5th Chapter, or the rebuilding of the temple of God. But for a backdrop, turn first to Ezra 4:1, 3, 4, 12, 21, 22, 23, 24.
Now, in Ezra 4:23, the house of the Lord had ceased from being built through the force and the might of the government. In verse 24 it reads... Then ceased the work of the house of God which is at Jerusalem...
In chapter 5 {five} verses 1-2 it reads...
Then the prophets, Haggai the prophet, and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied unto the Jews that were in Judah and Jerusalem in the name of the God of Israel, even unto them. Then rose up Zerubabel, the son of She-al-ti-el, and Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God that is at Jerusalem: and with them were the prophets of God helping them.
We can clearly see here the apostolic and prophetic pattern which confirms Ephesians 2:20, the Foundation of the Apostles and Prophets. This pattern here serves notice that the prophets Haggai and Zechariah gave the builders or apostolic leaders Zerubabel and Jeshua, assistance in the building of God's house. Before this, the builders were encouraged and refreshed by the inspiration
of the birthing ministers, the prophets. Here, birthing and building worked hand in hand as the prophets prophesied first to continue to build. And beloved, this is one sure reason why prophets and apostles are needed together today. Not only for accountability, but also for bringing the voice of the Lord into the matter, for without the two, there is no completion of purpose… For one strengthens and encourages the other. The apostle is known for foundation {with the prophet}, and the prophet is known for flowing {with the apostle} Together, foundation and flowing works as one very important uniting principle. Also, prophets are given to a deep sensitivity to the voice of the Lord,
whereas apostles have a seasoned word for the establishing of the church in the voice of the revelatory prophet. {T.E.A.M.}…
In Ezra 6:14 it reads...
And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded, and finished it...
The birthing nature of the prophet helps the building grace of the apostle to complete what was started. Now please note, we are shuffling the term birth and build as a point of discussion, and as a means of identifying the major anointing and overall characteristics of the apostolic and prophetic. For the truth is, birthing and building can be experienced by both apostles and prophets, and is not
exclusive to the other alone. Nevertheless, the proceeding word of the prophets encourages the apostolic building plan to continue on. They work as one!

Now, the term birth is as follows...
Birth: The act of bringing forth offspring: the birth of a nation: born or produced:
Birthing is often seen in the feminine, and carries travail and pain. Birthing is a term used among intercessors and prophets today, of bringing forth the reality of what is conceived through the Spirit. In the prophetic dimension, there is the birthing of callings, purposes, gifting, and ministries, whereas in the apostolic dimension there is much building and establishing of the things, which have been
birthed through the voice of the prophets. In the prophetic dimension there is the emphasis of the Bridegroom-Bride relationship, whereas in the apostolic dimension there is the emphasis of Father-Son relationships. Get it? Both are on in the purposes of God...
Next, we have the word "build."
Build: To make by putting together materials and parts, to construct, erect, order and plan, direct the construction, to make a basis for, establish, develop, to cause to grow."
In truth, all ascension ministries are builders, as they are given to edify or build up the body of Christ. Paul the apostle is acknowledged as a "Wise master builder," or in the Greek "Architekton," which means "a chief constructor." Apostles are given the revelation and vision of building up God's house. 1 Corinthians 3:10.
Just as the human hand parallels the ascension ministry, so then does the apostle parallel the thumb which touches all of the other fingers on the hand, as the prophet parallel the forefinger to give direction in the hand.
Now let's list the ascension ministries of Ephesians 4:11 and parallel them as a hand...

Apostle - Thumb: touches all of the other fingers
Prophet - Forefinger: gives direction and points the way
Evangelist - Middle Finger: longest finger on the hand; outreach
Pastor - Ring Finger: implies marriage, covenant, and union
Teacher - Baby Finger: closest to the turning of the pages of scripture, ear finger

Above we see the Thumb as the apostle. Without it, you can't make a fist to smash apostolically religious traditionalism. Furthermore, of the five smooth stones of young David in 1 Sam. 17:40-51, the first stone is likening to the apostle. It is this stone which killed Goliath, even though the other stones were in the bag to be used if necessary.
So, when God established in the global kingdom community {church} apostles  first, he knew what was needed to conquer the giants, which oppose our purpose and destiny in earth. He had given first what was needed to set the tone and pace for the development of the body of Christ at large. 1st things 1st Continuing with Apostolic and Prophetic Revelation…
You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt have lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under the foot of men. You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; that it gives light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father, which is
in heaven. Matthew 5:13-16
The apostolic dimension, as well as all other aspects of corporate body life, is not given to the local ministry assemblages alone, but to the earth. In the mind of God, there is a definite and distinct purpose for the gifts of the Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12:4-1. The same with the ministry of helps in Romans 12:4-8 and 1 Corinthians 12:28, the ascension ministries of Ephesians 4:11., and eldership in
Acts 14:23 and Titus 1:5. For one thing, the Heavenly Father is calling the assemblies to demonstrate the kingdom in the earth, moving pass the confines of worship centers, into the rhythm and heartbeat for which we were given according to Genesis 1:28. Note below…

1 - Be Fruitful: The Kingdom is given to a people who will bear fruit as recorded in Matthew 13:11-12, 23; 21:43; John 15:1-8; Galatians 5:22; and James 5:8
2 - Multiply: The law of the kingdom is multiplicity, but with purpose. To multiply in the Hebrew here means "increase and abundance." This is seen in John 10:10;
and in Colossians 2:19. The multiplicity, increase, or abundance is the seed of the kingdom planted in the lives of people throughout the earth; not as generation X, but generation {NOW and} Next. Acts 3:25; Psalms 24:6; Joel 2:11
3 - Replenish the Earth: Here it means "to fill, be full, accomplish, fulfill, furnish, and fullness." God is filling the earth with his glory in Habakkuk 2:14; Isaiah 6:3
4 - Subdue it: The Lord Jesus Christ has given us "Exousia-power," to tread over serpents {Genesis 3:15} according to Luke 10:19. In the Hebrew, subdue here means "to tread down, conquer, and to bring into subjection." This is the ministry of the King and his kingdom through the instrumentality of the king-priest ministry, the church. {1 Corinthians 15:24-28; Rev. 11:15; 14:15; John 16:33
5 - Have Dominion: Dominion is the characteristic of the King's Domain. Dominion here means "to tread down, subjugate, to crumble off, prevail against, reign, and rule over." Now the church has been given for this very divine intention, which is summed up in Isaiah 9:7 concerning the increase of God's government and peace...being no end! Dominion is robed in humility, boldness, yet broken…We are given to release HIS influence in the earth...
But before we execute power and kingdom influence over the nations as recorded in Revelation 2, we need to exercise power over the following nations as well.

Nation {Nationalistic Pride} - Promoting Adam, the human nature over the Christ.
Denomination - Promoting sectarian and religious systems over Christ's headship
Imagination - Promoting the carnal mind over the mind of Christ, mind of the Spirit
Inclination - Promoting your own ideas and concepts over God's kingdom principles
Procrastination - Promoting lethargy and slothfulness over the diligence, momentum, and force of the Spirit
Determination - Promoting the Burger King Mentality {Have it your way} over His way
Abomination - Promoting anything loathsome over the very pure nature of Jesus Christ.
Yes beloved, the first task of the church is dominion, even in areas of our own personal lives! If the word ‘Dominion" seems to ruffle your feathers, try interchanging the word "Influence." 2 Corinthians 10:3-6: Proverbs 25:28. I am certainly not abashed nor apologize for the contextual usage of the word
DOMINION. For in Dominion, we preach the KING's DOMAIN - King-Dominion,
King-DOM...
The Two Witnesses Principle
In the mind of the Spirit, two is significant of "covenant, witness, testimony, agreement, and the producing after its own kind and appointed union" The number two can be further highlighted in Ecclesiastes 4:9 where it says..."Two is better than one..."
Why?
For without the two, there can be no completion of purpose.
Male and female created he them...Genesis 1:27
She shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of man. Genesis 2:23
The true worshippers shall worship the Father in Spirit and in truth...John 4:23
And the Spirit and the Bride say, Come...Revelation 22:17 {also, Jeremiah 33:11}
And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy...Rev. 11:3
the foundation of the apostles and prophets...Ephesians 2:20; 3:5; 1 Corinthians 12:28
Your kingdom come and Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Mt. 6:10
Keep in mind the union and oneness of the two in purpose.

The two-witness principle reveals the nature of the two in purpose. Like the
apostle and prophet, both provide checks and balances, and strengthen the other.
The same as with a husband and wife, the two become one and the union of their
oneness produces the fruit, prodigy, and offspring after their kind.
Now beloved, to insert another related principle here, the ascension ministries of
Ephesians 4:11 are also spirits. Yes, spirits! In the book of Ezra and Nehemiah, the
patterns of the apostolic is noted, as the spirit of the apostle existed before the
manifestation of the ministry of an apostle. The spirit of the evangelist existed in
Old Testament times before the establishing of the ministry in the New Testament.
The principle of the 5-fold ministry is not exclusive to the New Testament
theology, as in the mind of God, these spirits were in operation before there were
actually any defined function in the church.
To support this Moses, Nehemiah, Zerubabel, and Jeshua of old were apostolic in
principle, nature, character, scope, and dimension without ever having been
called apostles of God. In this I take great delight in the wisdom of the Lord - the
Wisdom of the Ages...
Apostolic and Prophet Leadership Patterns…
Deborah was a prophetess and a judge of Israel, the wife of Lapidoth, and a leader
to thousands. The children of Israel came to her for judgment. Judges 4:4-5. In
verses 6-16, Deborah accompanies Barak {the apostle if you will} as she declared
for him to take 10,000 men to engage the enemy Sisera. Here, Barak would only go
if Deborah was with him {Apostle and Prophet – Ephesians 2:20}. In chapter 5 of
Judges, we discover the song of Deborah and Barak {apostle and prophet} for the
word of the Lord and the song of the Lord are one and the same. The scripture
{chapter 5} further acknowledges that when the villages ceased in Israel, Deborah
arose as the mother in Israel, and in verse 12 she is to awake, utter her song,
arise, as Barak lead the captivity captive {Ephesians 4:8; Ps. 68:18}
In this I see a wonderful picture of Deborah and Barak as prophet apostle team.
Again, the spirit of the apostle was long manifested before the ascension ministry
apostle. The apostolic spirit was manifested throughout the Old Covenant, but
took on the set order and administration in the new.
Now there are some examples and patterns of the apostle and prophet working
together. Some of these are found in the spirit of the birthing and building
ministries, especially in the Old Testament. You will find particularly, these
dimensions of grace in the book of Ezra the 5th chapter. Here, the subject is the
rebuilding of the temple of the Lord.
Read also Ezra 4:1, 3, 4, 12, 21, 22, 23, 24 for a backdrop of discussion.
In Ezra 4:23, the house of the Lord had ceased from being built through the
administration, force and might of the government. In verse 24 it reads…

This beloved, is a pattern of the apostle and prophet, confirmed through
Ephesians 2:20. Here, the birthing ministry teams up with the building ministry,
and together, work for the restoring of the house of the Lord.
Apostles and prophets are given the delicate task of restoring the Lord’s
house.
In Ezra 6:14 it reads…
And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying
of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded and
finished it…{The foundation, formation, and finishing of the House}
The birthing nature of the prophets helps the building nature of the apostle to
finish the work. If it were left up to apostles only the work could easily be led
through rigid order and much friction without the voice of the prophet. Therefore,
the prophets aid the apostles with a strategic dimension to encourage them to
build. What we are identifying here is their major anointing, not a restriction of
meaning or usage. Apostles can birth, as was the desire of Paul in Galatians 4:19,
to travail for the church in birth until the formation of CHRIST. Prophets can build
as did Haggai and Zechariah in Ezra 6:14.
The Re-Birth and the Re-building of the Nations, Apostolic and Prophetic
To the person governed by a heavy dose of logic, one would ask, "How do you rebirth
and re-build a nation? Good question, I think.
The re-birthing and the re-building of the nations must come forth through the
spiritual dimension. It cannot come forth in the natural no more can a man return
to his mother’s womb to be born again {John 3:4}. When we speak of prophetic rebirth
and apostolic re-build, we are defining the role of the saints through
apostolic and prophetic anointing and ministry. We are highlighting the dominion
mandate through the pioneering dimension of the apostle and prophet, or
Ephesians 2:20. This is not being partial to the other ascension ministries, nor is it
relegating the anointing of Christ to mere gifting. But the truth is, the apostle and
prophet in divine order as proton ministries {1 Corinthians 12:12, first things
first...} sets the tone, pace, and agenda for a global vision and is transferred,
translated, and transitioned into local, regional, and national kingdom agenda. The
apostle and prophet help steer the church into the revelation of what it has been
given for and where it is headed. And without the ascension ministries of apostle
and prophet, the church would lack foundation, wisdom, revelation, impartation,
activation, and direction. For with apostles, bear in mind generational blessings,
legacy, inheritance, and regional transformation...
Now I know what some folk would say to me in the past, how that all the apostle
and prophet we need is in Christ. And I would say, "wonderful!" But if that is your
position, go tel your local elders you don’t need them sense you now have Christ.
Talk with your residential care group pastor today and say, I have a revelation of
all the five-fold being in Christ, and no longer need a shepherd. If so, would the
local church continue in its given progression? No!
Now beloved, the Lord’s agenda for planet earth is the nations …
Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for your inheritance, and the
uttermost parts of the earth for your possession. {Our heritage, the nations}…
Psalms 2:8
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord’s house
shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the
hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. Isaiah 2:2 {Also Micah 4:1-3}
For all nations shall come and worship before thee…Revelation 15:4
God’s agenda is the earth, inhertance, generational blessings, the foundation of
many generations.Isaiah 58:14…Psalms 24:1, "The earth is the Lord’s and the
fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein."
God’s purpose and plan is to harvest the nations {Revelation 14:15}…To govern
the nations {Which He is the Governor thereof}…Psalms 22:28…and for his saints
to govern whole nations in the administration of His kingdom through multiplicity
of ministry and the corporate anointing and relationship of the saints…Matthew
28:19-20
Instead of getting that quick witness in before it’s too late, we can now function in
the present truth dimension not to get someone saved for fear of a cataclysmic
end. But, to think global, corporate, and kingdom, establishing the rule and reign
of Christ in the lives of men for what the Lord has given us for. This goes far
beyond the hurried notion for fear of the worlds end.
This realm of glory brings the kingdom into shoe leather, into the place where
men and women {implying children of course} can walk out this life giving nature.
It comes through the wisdom and discerning of the Spirit, and it is established in
knowledge and understanding. It is robed in humility yet graced with HIS
boldness. It is apostolic in mission, message, manhood, maturity, and ministry,
and its motivation is love. We are here in the earth realm to serve the nations, to
bless the nations, and to advance the kingdom to the ends of the earth. We are
given to transform the global sphere of the earth into the image of God {Genesis
1:26}. For the Lord made the earth as mankind makes or creates his own world.
We are here to bring change, and not to fit. We are changing our world through
Dominion…Isaiah 11:9; Habakkuk 2:14
Birth of the Nations {Prophetic Re-Birth}
And the Lord said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb…Genesis 25:23
In the womb of every pregnant mother, there is the potential birth of the nations.
Whether you were born poor or filthy {I'd prefer godly} rich, it does not matter, for
potential lies within you., potential is the potency of the Potentate in 1 Timothy 6...
As with Rebekah, there are nations to be born, for each child that you bear
{physical or spiritual} is a seed sown into the earth. Seeds can be named and
given strategic assignments, such as in Zecharias in speaking over his newly
born son, John. There is always and appointed season to sprout forth and to
flourish through fruition. So, instead of cursing your seed, water it with the
refreshing of the spoken word. Bless, and not curse.
Many births have been cut off over the years. From abortion, miscarriage, and
stillborn, many have died before ever having the opportunity to be fully delivered.
Yet, many come into the world through a "C" section, painful, but deliverable.
Now, in the principle of physical birthing of the nations, we can begin speaking
life over our wombs, declaring the promise for our prodigy and offspring. We can
begin prophesying over the wombs in the early stages of the pregnancy, and set
the path through intercession, worship, praise, and with the apostolic affirmations
of the early apostles. All of this is anticipated in the impregnation of a literal birth.
But what if it is a spiritual birth, deep intercession, or being pregnant with the
kingdom? What about the birth of desire as deep calls unto the deep?
For the present truth is, when the proceeding word of the kingdom is being
preached and taught, it is to become pregnant within us. It is to be delivered in full
delivery, only for us to become pregnant again. In this dimension, men can
become pregnant too, and I anticipate such in our meetings. In this scenario, a
number of men had groaned as if they were experiencing what a normal mother
would during pregnancy. I also find it interesting too, to watch both men and
women in a fetal and birthing position during the activation and personal ministry
time in our Global Leadership Institute. Many had become pregnant with the
kingdom, pregnant with destiny, pregnant with a global vision of the earth.
Pregnant with purpose and pregnant with a revelation of dominion!
Right now, many of you have become pregnant, and for some of you, this
experience is noted for the very first time. Other’s have experienced this before,
but were afraid of bringing forth the man-child. But beloved, I admonish you to get
into the birthing position. Gather the midwives, the water pots, hot towels, and
prepare to push. The nations are coming! The nations are coming, from within
you! The release of the nations is within your belly. Zion is travailing, Zion is
groaning. Zion is full of children to be born. Even so, Rachel has wept for her
children, as spiritual butchers and abortionists have cut off many. O, the cry of
pain, the tears of both weeping and joy, the expectation of the womb is within you.
Are you ready to bring forth? Are you ready to be delivered?
In Isaiah 66:7-8 it says…
Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered
of a man-child. Who hath heard such a thing? Who hath seen such things? Shall
the earth be made to bring forth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once?
For as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.
Galatians 4:19 says…
My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.
Revelation 12:2, 5 says…
And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. And
she brought forth a man-child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron; and
her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
Beloved, there is a pregnancy in this place, and a glorious delivery awaiting you.
For you are sensing now the birthing of nations, through deep intercession and
travail.
Romans 8:26-27 says…
Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray
for as we ought: but the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groaning
which cannot be uttered. And he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind
of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of
God. {Also verses 19-27}
In truth, this may be perhaps the highest kind of intercession there is, for it
speaks of creation itself being set free from bondage and corruption. How?
Through the manifestation of the sons of God! This dimension of intercession
releases sons from all over the earth.
Now, are you in the birthing position?
In order for the Lord to bring forth the promise, he may have to make some radical
changes in your life, as in a crucible of change. With Abram and Sarai, the
promise was coming, but not through their old names. Abram was high father, and
Sarai was dominating. Nothing was going to come out of this so the Lord had to
changed their name and nature to Abraham {father of a multitude} and Sarah
{noble lady}. Afterwards, the promise sprung forth exceedingly. Abraham became
a father of many nations. In the Spirit, you may become a father or mother of many
nations, too. Instead, some of us get so encumbered and taken through that which
does not birth his desires and destinies. The cares of life creep in, and off our
wondering mind goes, where it stops nobody, even we may not always know. So
we abort it!.
Maybe you have not been recognized as prophet, pastor, or an apostle. Maybe
you’ve been lost in the shuffle these days, overlooked time after time by many in
the assembly. Perhaps you did not get the opportunity to publicly minister. No
problem!
Just remember to let the Holy Spirit envelop you with his manifest presence and
to take you into an exciting journey of the fellowship and fullness of HIM. Begin
crying out to God for all that he is, and like a flow through tea bag, let the glory of
his manifest presence flow through you to bring forth the essence of HIS desired
purpose in your life. Nations can be born right in your place of obedience. Right in
your appointed place.
Sing, O barren, thou that did not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud,
thou that did not travail…Isaiah 54:1 {This is a time of birthing for many, so rejoice
says the Lord}
Yes beloved, you are being positioned to birth ministries, nations, communities,
and entire provinces through the Spirit. You are being positioned to birth local
assemblies, breakthroughs, and the working of miracles. You are in the place to
birth forth new realities in the Spirit. You are here to birth a new visitation of the
Spirit leading into habitation.
The anointing is here to birth prophecy, yes, the prophetic. As we have come to
know, prophecy is not for our head, but for our spirit. Prophecy is not confined to
the future only, but is the speaking forth of the oracles, counsel, mind, and will of
God, present and future, here and now. In the spiritual dimension, there is a
bubbling forth and eruption of the hidden man and the inward dealings of the
Lord. There is a tremendous presence to travail and to bring forth a nation all at
once. Instead, many folow particular patterns which we shal now discuss…
Birthing of Prophecy
I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and daughters shall
prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.
Joel 2:28

Beloved, the nations are within your belly. You may think that you have to travel to
a foreign land to get a burden from the Lord, but beloved, the nations are within
you. You can experience the leading of the Lord in this new birthing, as the Lord
will give you wisdom and discernment between the true burden of the Lord and a
false one. You can TRAVEL the nations through TRAVAIL...Are you with me?
Yes beloved, the birth of the nations is having the heart of the Father for the
nations. It is coupled with deep intercession {Romans 8:19-27}, Travail {Galatians
4:19; Isaiah 66:7-8}, Pain {Revelation 12:2}, and Song {Isaiah 54:1-2}…It requires
that we ask of Him…Psalms 2:8…and to come unto HIM… Matthew 11:28-
30…John 7:38. HIS burden is light…
By applying the term prophecy to the birth of the nations, {1} first, we continue to
speak the mind of the Lord over the nations. {2} Second, we position ourselves to
bring forth that dimension of the Spirit, for the nations may very well be tugging
from within you. {3} Third, we simply live yielded lives for a continual rhythm of
impregnation and full delivery. This is what I call the yielded life, a life of full and
complete surrender. It is here that we know HIM and is making HIM known!
Rebuilding the nations through the apostolic dimension…
In the theological context, the prophetic ministry became the forerunning
dimension for the apostolic. The Old Testament, which is largely regarded as
prophetic, prepares the way for the New Testament, which is largely apostolic.
John the Baptist {in the spirit of Elijah} gives foreclosure to the Old, while
preparing the way for Jesus Christ, the forerunner of the New. One is termination
and the other is germination. It is transitioning into a new order. However, it does
not suggest that the prophet is obsolete now that the apostle is in view.
In the re-building of the nations, the apostolic {with the prophetic} plays an
intricate role in reshaping our present culture through the core values and
dynamics of the kingdom. The kingdom, then, becomes the priority over the
nations, as there is presently a progressive unfolding of a new infrastructure, a
city within a city, a people within a people, and a nation within a nation, more than
an organization, but a divine organism, the DNA of God himself in earth form...
This is why it is so important for the apostles and prophets to be restored and
more so recognized in the local church, not merely to become more visible, but
supportive of holding up the local body of saints. Through Christ, the head of the
corner, it is apostles with prophets, which becomes the steering mechanism with
navigational properties in advancing the church into the corporate voice of the
Lord and His Plan and Eternal Purpose. However, if shepherds are doing so, it is
because they are receiving in part, the apostolic commission of the church and in
some degree acknowledging the revelation that apostles and prophets bring to
the table. It is through apostles with prophets that the church migrates into an
international launching, from Jerusalem to Antioch, from receiving the saints to
releasing the saints into destiny. No other administration of the local church
carries such caliber of grace to strongly establish the original purpose and
destiny of the global and local church.
Apostles restore the plan of God in the earth and the prophets the voice and mind
of the Lord in the earth. Here, apostles and prophets must come together in
synergistic T.E.A.M. ministry, or Together Everyone Accomplishes {Achieves}
More {Maturity}. Here lies the ATM, apostolic team ministry, and the prodigy and
offspring of new assemblies, apostolic evangelization through Acts 15:16, the
teacher {1 Corinthians 12:28}, pastors {Shepherds - multiple care
ministries} according to God’s own heart {Jeremiah 3:15} and more.
In a great respect to this discussion, there will need to be a proper recognition of
apostles and prophets in territorial advancement {regional and relational ministry,
not hierarchy}, governing authority over regions, gatekeepers over whole areas,
and generalship and captains of the Lord of Hosts. We are not referring to the old
wineskin of denominationalism, but the accurate patterns of true relationship
based church government and spiritual order for the right foundation of the
church. If we continue to magnify a papal system, we will not advance the
kingdom. Instead, we would exalt the organizational cause of some religious
entity, relegating the kingdom to our church. For the present papal system is the
result of ancient Romanism, the mentality of a world mother church. It is common
among many of our inner city churches too, that would prefer to incite obedience
through the naming of being bishop over an apostle. To dress in Romish attire
and quote some of the Latin lingo for ordination, with a curly hat and a matching
staff, one presumes the office of the bishop, as the entire assembly marvels at
this new dimension {actually display} of ministry. At this point, it is almost
impossible to call the senior ministry by any other name or title except BISHOP,
but where does this characterization stem from?
This has nothing to do with the present truth apostolic dimension. Neither is the
Lord restoring the universal and local church back to Rome.
The corporate man {or corporate anointing} needs to be challenged in the
folowing three areas for kingdom advancement…
1 – Right Revelation: Right revelation is essential to reforming the nations.
Without it, we will assume and presume the church and the nations as usual.
Right revelation is having the will and mind of God, and the accurate
understanding of what we are given for in the global grace of the Lord. Right
revelation takes us into new frontiers, and is a cutting edge dimension in the
forefront of what the Father is saying and doing in the earth. Ephesians 1:17-18;
3:3-5; Romans 16:25-26’ Galatians 1:12; Romans 11:33
2 – Right Relocation: Right relocation is being in the strategic geographical and
spiritual position for this time. Without right relocation, we may find ourselves out
of place so-to-speak. Right relocation is likened to the first journey of Abram, who
left his father’s house to fulfil the promise. Right relocation is being in the right
place for the right time, the appointed time of the Lord. Romans 15:19; Luke 4:43
3 – Right Relationship: Right relationship is being divinely and firmly connected to
God’s anointed and appointed. Right relationship is essential for apostolic
networking, and for establishing true models and patterns for covenant kingdom
community. It is about divine relationships. In this apostolic reconfiguration, you
may be challenged to consider, whether or not you are hanging with turkeys or
flying with eagles. The only turkeys I want is on my plate; baked, barbequed,
smothered, broiled, buttered, battered, turkey club {without bacon, I personally
don't eat pork, lol}, turkey salad, turkey burgers, etc., hahahahahaha
When transitioning into a new order, you will face the significant truth as to how
rightly related you are with those the Lord has appointed to you, and/or to those
the Lord has appointed over you. Amos 3:3…A good example is the prophet’s
intercession connecting with the authority of apostles in strategic places. Here, I
see each interrelated for global harvest. Intercession and proper spiritual
authority are two important aspects of the global reformation of the church.
Now, if we are to harvest the nations and to administrate the kingdom over them,
we must consider the 3 "R’s just given. For without the unity of the saints in their
given locality, there will be less governmental and apostolic impact to advance the
kingdom regionaly. For the true model {or Lord’s} prayer is in John 17, as Jesus
desires that we all become one, even as the Father and the son is one. We also
need to train, equip, school, retool, impart, and to activate the saints on a strong
foundation. For apostles may come into your region from time to time, but more
successfully be consistent with ongoing momentum and spiritual rhythm
regularly, not alone just when apostles and prophets visit your region...but have a
strategy for the release of the saints into destiny, very open to the mind of the
Lord for our generation...
Right now, let’s examine for a moment what it wil take in part and parcel to
administrate and to advance the kingdom over the nations. Will it take
desperation? No! Will it take merely, the right ministerial affiliations and alliances?
No! Will it take building greater cathedrals? No!
It will take a loving surrender to the Lord of the Harvest who sends laborers into
His Harvest. It will take a willingness to interact with various cultures and
persuasion, moving from toleration to respect one for another. For though we are
in the world, and are not of this world’s value system. If there is going to be
change in our world, it must begin in us. Our perception of the world will radically
change as the forceful momentum of the kingdom is bringing new paradigms and
dimensional shifting and sifting in us. As the messenger of the covenant is
appearing in our temples, there is refining fire and the cleansing soap and the
washing of the water by HIS word. There is the manifestation of the power of God,
but it is coming out of HIS purity. For a genuine move of power comes through
purity.
Important Developments for Regional Assemblages
1 – Come back to Mount Zion. I know that some think that ecumenical gatherings
are the means for unity. But true unity comes from Mount Zion, where the Lord
commands the blessing for evermore. Psalms 133:3: We are not trying to get into
unity, we are already in HIS Unity through the Risen Head and Ascended Lord,
Jesus Christ.
2 – When the brethren come together, the Lord has an agenda all of HIS own. He is
destroying the wise men out of Edom, and the understanding out of the mount of
Esau. Obadiah 1:1-10, 16-21
3 – The Spirit of judgment and the spirit of burning is in the midst of us. Isaiah 4:4-
6
4 – The Lord is calling for the meeting, the regional assemblage to the mountain of
the Lord, into the house of the God of Jacob. He is teaching us of HIS ways so
that we can walk in HIS paths. Out of Zion goes forth the established and decreed
word of the Lord, and the call to turn our weapons of warfare {in many cases,
carnal weapons used against each other} into tools for harvesting. No longer shall
we war against another. Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-5
5 – The Day of His visitation is in Mount Zion. The trumpet is blown in Mount Zion,
a sanctified fast, a calling of a solemn assembly, sanctifying the congregation,
assembling of the elders, the children, everyone. There is a weeping between the
porch and the altar, a genuine return unto the Lord. This is the right place for the
move of God. The dealings of the Lord are real, very real!
When the Lord speaks to us from Mount Zion and all nations {denominations,
non-denominations, etc.} return to HIS mount, he will reveal the necessity and
importance of what real unity is. For true unity it begins with HIM. John 17
Now, one important note in the prophetic re-birth and apostolic re-build of the
nations is to awaken the saints to the original purpose and plan of the Father from
the beginning, to steer our motivation and divine drive back to dominion, the first
great commission, and to corporately launch people into their divine destiny. It is
of utmost importance to bring remembrance of what the Father’s intentions are,
as all gifting, spiritual ministries, and operations of the Spirit within the local
assemblies are to return us full circle right back to Genesis 1:26, 28, the Dominion
of Purpose, the right to rule the earth through the image of God, the prelude and
precursor of DOMINION...
Christ did not redeem us just to go to heaven. He saved us for Dominion. He
delivered us to rule and reign with him right here on planet earth. He made us free
so that together we can set creation free from bondage, futility, and corruption.
God’s agenda is not about evacuation, but divine takeover {genuine kingdom
influence in changing our world through dominion} and the overthrow of the world
systems through the glorious saints…Revelation 11:15
If we desire the Dominion Mandate, then let us also desire the Communion
Mandate. For Adam and the Woman substituted Dominion over Communion and
beloved, there is no Dominion in the earth without Communion with God. More
than having a passionate zeal to witness the kingdoms of this world becoming the
kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, is a love for God that surpasses all
knowledge. I pray that in all of our Dominion Mandates may their be restored
within His people a passionate hunger for Communion as the precursor and
prelude to Dominion, or at least desire Him more than what we desire to do for
Him. If all ministry stems from Dominion {Genesis 1:26, 28} than in the purest
sense, all ministry stems from knowing Him and Making Him Known..
The Balance of the Apostle and Prophet
Apostle
Speaks life into the prophet imparting stabilizing kingdom influence, wisdom,
direction, leadership, and encouragement…
Prophets are subjective in nature and are very inspirational. Their ministry
requires a deep sensitivity to the Spirit. Prophets are esteemed highly for their
ministry potential, as people everywhere are always open for a word from the
Lord. Prophets can be challenged at times by others for the fulfillment of a
prophetic word, accuracy, timing, or any other aspect of prophecy, as people can
sometimes prove cruel in judging the prophetic from a harsh and critical tone and
notion.
Because prophets and personal prophecy still hold a bit of controversy among
some camps, the prophet will sometimes experience levels of rejection for their
divine inspiration and utterance. This is not to say one has to walk in the spirit of
rejection, but nevertheless, rejection will come. There is the potential pitfall of
some prophets whom hold a great deal of worth, value, and esteem in their
ministry, which further leads to pride. For this cause, the apostle, who is
recognized for his governmental grace and wisdom, is greatly needed to stabilize
the prophet to steer their esteem, trust, and motivation in the Lord, and not merely
in the gift, office, or ministry of the prophet itself. For prophets too, are servants
of the Lord.
Just a quick note: Prophets, depending upon their depth and perception of the
Spirit, can discern the times and seasons we are now in, and may become
persecuted for stating such observations, even with far-reaching insight and
foresight way ahead of time . Some may even see so far ahead like Daniel the
prophet, into a time when the Lord said for now to seal up the book until the end
times. And yes, prophets in general or in particular can become persecuted for
uttering what they say before the Lord chooses to establish it in the Spirit for an
appointed time. Simply put, it is rather possible to utter things before time, and
wisdom and discernment is greatly needed here.
Our prayers go out to the true prophets of the Spirit, to be free from hurt, wound,
and despair, and from any anxiety and frustration in seeing the word of the Lord
coming to pass. That they set their face like a flint and be strong in the grace of
the Lord and in the power of His might. May the apostles of the Spirit become to
the prophets a greater strength and source of support unlike ever before.
Prophet
Speaks life into the apostle, give direction, revelation, and encouragement.
The prophet's counsel carries a depth and degree not often found in the general
masses of "church" counseling. The prophet helps the apostle through prayer and
intercession, a word of knowledge, and in a fresh seasoned prophetic word; such
as in the case of Haggai and Zechariah with Zerrubabel and Jeshua. The prophet
stabilizes the apostle, especially since an apostle has the potential of becoming
too rigid and too practical in ministry matters. Therefore, apostles needs fresh
new waves of the Spirit's refreshing to flow in their midst, having their heart open
to change. Apostles are given the motivational and character challenge of having
much patience.
Because their motivation tends toward government, foundation, divine spiritual
order, and pioneering revelation, apostles can potentially become frustrated over
others whom fail to embrace their apostolic revelation. If this is not put into check
and balance, apostles can get locked in over certain aspects of governmental and
corporate life, hurting many. A wrong attitude can arise over the need to be in
order, order, order {Or are you choking and coughing for water, water, and
water?}, submission, and spiritual authority. Therefore, prophets can assist
apostles in helping them to steer their motivation toward the glory of God. After
all, apostles are servant leaders of the Lord, too!
Again two of the greatest enemies of the apostles and prophets is, {1} The Jezebel
Spirit - against the prophet; and, {2} The spirit of Antichrist - against the apostle.
From the independent, individualistic, and covenant breaking spirit of Jezebel, to
the breeding hatred of the mentality of Antichrist over the pioneering and
colonizing mission of the apostle, these spirits and mind sets are intended to
frustrate the purpose of God in them, as confirmed in Ezra 4:5. But beloved, what
God has joined together, nothing can pull asunder. Ecclesiastes 4:9…
