Here we might mention the afflictive dispensations of Providence; the admonitions and expostulations of friends. 3. It is a total and universal change. It is complete in its purpose. II.                      THE GLORY OF GOD 1.  THE MERCY AND GLORY OF GOD We want to touch on a new teaching series called “The Glory of God.” Let us examine the bible regarding the glory of God and what God’s glory can do to our lives. We want to see first the prophecy in Isaiah 60 regarding the glory of God in our days. It says in verse 1-6  Arise, shine, for your light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
